Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: your name and email when you sign up.
• Business data: business names, addresses, and the review texts you import or connect, plus the reply drafts we generate for you.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics (page views) via PostHog. We do not sell or share personal data.

2. What we do with it

Your reviews and business context are used solely to generate your reply drafts. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not publish or share it with anyone except the service providers needed to operate the product (hosting, database, AI API, payments).

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). We never see or store your card details.

4. Retention & deletion

You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us. Data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we are legally required to retain it.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including Singapore PDPA and EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at hello@reviewpilot.pro to exercise them.
