ReviewPilot is a software tool that drafts suggested replies to online reviews. You remain responsible for every reply you approve and post.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to generate deceptive content.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record), and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are not prorated on early cancellation unless required by law.
New accounts include a 7-day free trial with no card required. At the end of the trial you must choose a paid plan to continue using AI drafting.
You agree not to: resell the service without permission, use it to spam or harass reviewers, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it. We make no guarantee that drafts are accurate or suitable for your situation.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
